I think my Chef's knife is perfectly prepped since it managed to slice easily though my finger (now bandaged) and the metal on a tin can is also sharp enough to slice through a finger (now bandaged).

You definatley need to be a bit more careful in the kitchen sweetheart. I'd offer to do the cooking for you but I bet you enjoy it just like I do.
