I think this one isn't mine, but I have one exactly like it in my cabinet. It's the only spider I own. lol I was walking past a shop one day and I saw it out of the corner of my eye and I ignored the need to own it, by walking the perimeter of the mall, until I gave in and went back to the shop and purchased it.

I think that while change and compromise are good for a partnership...they are not easy to come by. I'm fighting off being the dominating, rigid person i've become.. hopefully, it will have been worth it.

I appreciate the kind thoughts and offers..I'm trying to learn and grow.. hoping that in time I can appreciate letting her have her way as well. It's not easy for me. being selfish has gotten me a lot.. good and bad.

thanks... thats exactly how I feel..almost, but not quite, like its emasculating to some point.. even tho I know for a fact she doesnt mean for it to be. Ive told her already that i will not allow myself to be disrespected and it seems that mutual respect is very important to her.. which I like.
