I think I didn't know alot of people actually know what I'm talking about.

I cheat majorly!!! They are more like mini turnovers. I use already rolled pie crust. Cut 4 per crust, make them a bit more rounder and fill them with pie filling and if you like pumpkin, use the pumpkin pie filling. just don't add liquid to it. Then I mix powdered sugar and water to make a thick glaze to drizzle over them. You can flavor the glaze with any extract.

If you wanna go fancy, puff pastry works great too!!
