I think you should try a lot (800 mg or so) of guaifenesin and lots of water, twice a day. I used to get sinus infections routinely and this stuff has elminated it. If you HAVE one, it will help a little. But if you are getting one, it may save you from it!

I think I go look at areas of my house that are neat when I feel overwhelmed by messes.
