I think people really need to reevaluate their freaking hold music, and how often the "please continue to hold, calls will be answered in the order they were received" chimes in.

I think this is some sort of subliminal messaging thing, the music never goes past one particular musical phrase...just loops to the same one over and over again.

I think that is a poor choice on someone's part, and they need fired for making it.
