I think those sound yummy too. I experimented with the peppermint last year, crushing candy cane into the mix with the chocolate chips. This year I bought candycane chocolate chips (white chocolate) and mixed them in with chocolate choclate chips. If you wanna have fun with them add a little food coloring and make red and green peppermint chocolate chip cookies.
