I think if you get to the point quickly, people generally like talking to you a whole lot better.
I think that I like that children are unabashedly honest, until we teach them not to be. Sure it can be uncomfortable at times, but what a thing, ya know?
I think yelling, and raising your voice, never makes things better, in fact quite the opposite.
I think we sometimes forget that we only have the ability to deal with one moment at a time, and take on way too freaking much.

I need to walk the little puppy today still, but it's already hot out. I really feel like just laying in front of the fan.
I think I hope the heat breaks before the older dog gets stitches removed from his foot because I'll have to start running every day again.

Awww I missed y'all! I took some time away from here to deal with some problems in the real world. I'm back now, though... and a whole lot more self aware lol.
I'd love to meet with you for lunch sometime. Just let me know in advance so I can swing it with work.
I'm careful in the heat. I generally only go out to walk/jog when it's dark out. (I made the mistake once this year to go in the sun to exercise ... and my crazy redheaded self forgot the sunblock lol) I think I need to not do that again.
