I think something I wrote here came out reading harsher than intended.

I think the intention was NOT to be harsh, but matter of fact.

I think sometimes words READ more negative than intended.

I think if someone could have heard me say them, he'd know that because the tone and inflection of my voice would have made it clear it wasn't meant harshly.

I think hearing from this particular person made my heart happy. Quite happy, in fact.
