I think I like New York accents and that if the Yankees beat the Angels this year I will be waiting:)
 
i think i'm going to try making a semi-homemade pizza this weekend. my work schedule has worked out in such a way that i'm actually going to have a four day weekend. (thanks to the fact that my bosses son won't be able to visit him.)

i've never made my own pizza before, for a couple of reasons: one being time, the other being i don't own a food processor or a stand mixer with a dough hook attachment. so i'll be using pillsbury's refrigerated pizza crust and i'll make my own sauce. should be interesting....

i think i'll cross my fingers that i don't mess this up royally.

I think you will do smashingly. If you have one, I strongly recommend a stoneware baking tray, a la Pampered Chef or others. The stone makes it very difficult to burn, not just pizza but cookies or breads or anything you put on them.
