I think Thank You. I agree with your statement, but also think a person must have a balance between mind and body, if you neglect either your overall being will never be in balance. A healthy body promotes a healthy mind, and vice versa.....

I think I agree, although...let's be real, here. I think that PTK's body is a whole lot better than "nothing wrong with" - she's stunning and the effort she takes to stay fit and beautiful is evident and visible. I also think that the more I know of Ms. PTK, the more I know that the care she takes with her exterior is matched by her drive and commitment to be successful in other areas of her life.
