I think there is something liberating, freeing, cleansing about getting away from the sites and sounds of the city... Where you can hear the slightest breeze in the trees. Breathe in the freshest of air. Soak up the sunshine. And revel in the sites and incredible beauty of nature all around... The peace and serenity all around...
To eat when you are hungry, sleep when you are tired and explore at your leisure...
I need those things... And soon...

I think this time of year is wonderful. Last week picking wild blueberries by Lake Superior, this week wild huckleberries in the Cascades. All of Nature's bounty is showing and ready to be shared.
