I saw them at Sam's club and figured worst case I'd end up baking with it instead of drinking it.

You brew it like coffee, so I'm assuming a medium grind? Theobromine rich, lower caffeine than coffee. And I figured with a little cream and Stevia...it might actually taste good, too
