I think I am going to shave my scrotum

It is a little hairy, and I think I want to feel it smooth. Anyone shave their balls? If so, what are pros and cons?

well if you realy want shave must remamber it will itch but not much,i shave my balls & under arms i been doing for years it always make me feel lighter & more ective in sex

Shaving

Go for it! You'll be pleased with the results. Very comfortable especially if you are active. I'm an avid cyclist and I find that shaving is a must. I also shave between my butt cheeks.

Be very CAREFUL when shaving loose skin! Very easy to get cuts!
I find in the shower is best with lots of lather. Stretch out your scrotum with one hand before you drag the razor across the area to be shaven. Take your time and do one small area at a time.

When you have finished, swab the area with hydrogen peroxide. This helps to prevent those nasty red bumps from appearing, and is good for any nicks you may have incurred. It won't sting either!

You will be very satisfied with the results (as will others be I'm sure).

hi Tobias, i shaved my butt cheaks once when i was in pak army let me tell you after shaving it was not very comforteable feeling i had, unlike you i did not use hydrogen per oxide which gave lot of itch i could not run i had horrible week, i am agree with you he should shave his balls i bet he will feel much batter then now

Shaving between your cheeks must require constant shaving. I can't imagine the little stubble of a day's growth would feel very good! I think I might do it.

Have you ever let it grow back? How long do pubes take?

Thanks for the tip on H2O2, I'll give it a try. I've used a variety of things as a post shave - powder, baby oil (greasy), after shave (BAAAAD idea!), a good thorough wash, and hair conditioner.

I generally shave once a week, just prior to the weekend; I usually take off about a quarter-inch growth, but I'm pretty hairy... except for the rooftop Itching for me has not been much of a problem, even when I took a spell where I didn't shave for several months. I shave the scrotum, phallus, and up the crack a bit. I use my beard trimmer to trim most everything else to about 3/8, including underarms. It is a neat feeling and I seem to get aroused easier. I've only had one lady to say she prefered hairy men but we were only together once. Most have been intrigued by it and have paid more attention.

Xaviera Hollander once said in a column that pubic hair was a natural dry lubricant but did get in the way of oral sex. Her basic take on it was "to each their own"

you are right but i could not do it after first time. it hurt a lot.i cut my pubes very often & let me tell you it is great feeling.you will feel realy fresh but make sure if shave between your butt cheeks will need very often shave so it wont hurt for long period.just remember when shave moved razer toward the groawth of hair this would reduse growth of pinpels.
