I'm out of the political threads.
I'm quitting from th endless debates on the same old topics, the divisive party battles and all that jazz. My vote is how it is and my breasts are not big enough and my points are not gentle enough to woo anyone to what I think.
Furthermore, it's pissing me off. I'm getting mad over a lot of stuff I remembered how to smirk at in the past. I need to recover that ultra-nihilistic shield I always had for the cynical arts of politics.

And now I quit. I'll still talk about sex and society and writing and even philosophy and all that jazz, but for awhile politics will be my off-limits zone.
And for all the others who want a place to put your hands over your heads and say, "i'm tired of all this bullshit", I donate this thread to you.
Fuck politics man. Fuck the lies. Fuck the couple hundred or so people who will determine the social makeup of the next four years. Vote if you will and vote your heart. I know I will, but for now I don't want to talk about it.
