What the title says. Is it normal that it takes 11 days to post a story you sent? ? Who should I contact if not?

It's normal for first submissions.
What category were you submitting in? If there is anything potentially problematic it can take a little longer. For example if your story features 18 and 19 year olds it might get an extra look to ensure everyone is clearly of age.

It's not abnormal, although that is on the long side. There's a contest going on, so entrants get priority for posting, which can cause backlogs. You can try sending a direct message to Laurel (the editor, aka 'Kitty Mama') here in the forums. I expect she gets a lot, so I'd recommend keeping it brief and to the point: the name of your story, the date submitted, and a polite request to make sure it didn't get lost in the shuffle somewhere. She usually doesn't respond, but if the delay was caused by a glitch or error, it's usually corrected within a day or two.
Some stories probably get flagged for potential strikes against the content guidelines, such as by a keyword search, which then probably requires actual reading rather than just skimming. If that happened to you, that's a major X factor in approval time.

Thank you so much for your quick reply and the suggestion. The forum is really confusing for me. hard to find the right place to post your question.
