I started reading this story years ago, but didn't finish

A hotwife and her cuck were in a hotel restaurant when the bull arrives. She orders the cuck to rent a room for her and her real man. The three of them get to the room and start ordering the sub around when her husband arrives. The woman has set it up with a cuck she works with. Husband and bull talk and the bull apologizes, he thought everyone was into it so he leaves. That's about as far as I read. Does this sound familiar?

Yes, I've read it. The plot twist was that we believed the cuck was the husband until the end when the real husband appears. She wanted to experience a cuckold relationship but couldn't do that to her husband so she got a surrogate.

Unfortunately I can't remember where.
