(Sorry for the long emotionally vulnerable ramblings of an insecure girl but I don't have insurance and therapy is expensive and since half of my followers have seen my pussy I figured it was if anything a step back in the realm of over sharing.)

Well I've been growing my body hair out for over a year and finally broke the other day and shaved. It's as awful as I remember it. It took hours and help from my husband to get every nook and cranny and now I'm pestered by razor bumps and the niggling thought that I've compromised a part of myself only for the outcome to be unsatisfactory. I didn't shave my arms even though they are hairy as well because society doesn't seem to mind arm hair on a woman nearly as much as hairy legs.

Now I'm staring at my arms and wondering why I shaved in the first place. If people can look past my hairy arms and find me attractive why do I get laughed at for having hairy legs? I want to grow out the hair again because shaving is the worst kind of torture, but I'm riddled with fear that I'll be unattractive and ugly. This all started when I got laughed at by a group of men when they were checking out my ass and then one of them noticed my hairy legs. He pointed it out and they all laughed and said it blew their minds. One guy said he didn't even notice but then all his buddies started laughing at him and saying they bet he "wanted to hit that." and laughed at him scrambling to deny his attraction to me.

It brought me right back to childhood when guys would joke that their buddies liked me as a way to make fun of them and me. As if being attracted to me was such an insult in and of itself. Why do guys find me so repulsive? Online I get likes and guys telling me that they like hairy girls but in real life my husband has to comfort me and reassure me after jackasses make fun of me.

Just be you.

Sorta late to the party but wanted to lend my support & encouragement .... šŸ˜‰ ..... first, it's been a couple of weeks and, based on my own experience, your body hair should be coming back in, with the razor bumps & any ingrown hairs resolved ..... 😁

Secondly, I, like many others, find hirsute women to be very sexy! In particular, I find a fair amount of arm hair to be quite erotic as it conjures up images of a lovely muff .... 😃

I've wondered in the past if the women whose arms I've looked at & pondered their similarly hairy pussies knew what I was thinking ..... šŸ¤”

I have to add that in this day of the shaved or waxed pussy, I LOVE seeing a hairy muff at the nude beach! šŸ˜

Best wishes in your regrowth!

Try getting any parts you want waxed , it’s the smoothest I’ve felt dosnt grow back as fast and no rashes or nicks . It makes me feel very sexy

The critical thinker challenges what society considers the "norm". I believe we are our best when we ask the simple question of "why".

I remember a girl who worked at a video rental store (yeah, I'm that old). She had black hair and pale skin. She had a fine covering of dark hair on her arms. People would make fun of her, and I would often hear the guys talking about how they bet she had hair everywhere.

She did, in fact, have hair everywhere. She told me she shaved, trimmed, and waxed to the point of giving up. She believed she was meant to look this way. She was very pretty. I heard someone say, you know if you can get past the hair, she'd be a really pretty girl. I thought she was beautiful. The hair was just part of her. It was just her.

People like what they like. Some people are superficial. Others see deeper.

I don't have a preference for or against body hair on women, i think they're both sexy.

I think the operative part of your story is this: "I got laughed at by a group of men when they were checking out my ass and then one of them noticed my hairy legs. He pointed it out and they all laughed and said it".

Not that you should care about what others find attractive but I think their reactions would have been very different if they had enjoyed admiring you without company. Sometimes people do not have the guts to just own up to what they like or desire and default back to a conditioned response. I do hope you grow into loving yourself more and not be bothered by adolescent behavior. Ofcourse, easier said than done sometimes.

I love em like that! 🤩

Only just come across this post.

Maybe most women shave their legs & pits, but there is absolutely no need or reason to unless that's your choice. Quite a few, perhaps an increasing number are choosing to keep it & have many fans.

Personally there is nothing sexier than a hairy woman & particularly love hairy legs (as well as arms, pits, bush, trail, etc). Drives me wild with excitement more than any shaved/waxed woman. Everyone has different tastes & sure there are guys (& women) who find female body hair unattractive.

People should respect others individuality & personal choices whether to remove or not. Hope you continue to rock the body hair-it sounds very sexy!

Hair on a woman increases her sexiness tenfold every time in my book.
