surveys yesterday.
This was to do with whether I was happy with my Cable/IPS/Telephone Service (I've got a package deal).
All the way through the questionnaire you had to give one of 7 answers:
a) Excellent
b) Very Good
c) Good
d) Average
e) Fair
f) Bad
g) Poor
It got me thinking. Does anyone actually reply "Excellent".
To my way of thinking to get that honour if I phoned up about a problem with something I'd expect an engineer to call round that day and fix it for me at my home, give a full explanation of what happened and leave me a guidance leaflet for future reference. Then I would expect a follow-up phone call the next day to check that everything was OK.
As that will never happen I was just wondering why they bother to put "Excellent" down as an option in the first place?
