Breakfast:
two peanut butter sandwich cracker thingys

Lunch:

two slices light wheat bread
less than a serving of tuna and about 1/4 tablespoon mayo

Dinner:

1 cup plain yogurt
about 1/2 cup thawed mixed berries

Snack:

2 slices of light wheat bread
tuna and mayo

A ton of food! But it's not a lot of calories :eek:
 
If you ate a TON then you would be ...uh forget it.

I couldn't live without fattening foods and juicy steaks. Life would not be worth it.

1/2 cup cottage cheese, 2 slices pineapple. (90 cals+60 cals.)

Lunch:

3/4 piece of home made pizza (maybe 300 calories?)

Dinner:

two eggs, two slices of light wheat bread toasted and a little margerine. (76*2 for the eggs, 35*2 for the bread, maybe 100 for the margerine?)

Snack:

one peanut butter m&m (my dad wanted me to try it...how many calories do you think that is? :confused:)
