two peanut butter sandwich cracker thingys
Lunch:
two slices light wheat bread
less than a serving of tuna and about 1/4 tablespoon mayo
Dinner:
1 cup plain yogurt
about 1/2 cup thawed mixed berries
Snack:
2 slices of light wheat bread
tuna and mayo
A ton of food! But it's not a lot of calories
