I really cannot imagine trying to cook without it now especially since I'm on the Atkin's Diet, all meat is quick and easy. I still prefer charcoal grills but not in 10 degree weather.

Atkins isn't bad. I've been on it about 2 weeks and have lost 10#. My jeans are baggy. PC says it looks like I'm carryin' a load back there. Isn't that the sweetest? ;-)
