WANTED: one picky, punctuation-and-grammar (and good story) demanding editor to read and edit a sappy, stuffed-like-a-goose with yuletide ambience, romantic Christmas story. Some knowledge of music would be useful as there are musical references (and I probably need more). And I'm kinda hoping said editor, if in the U.S., can manage this over the holiday weekend.

I'm hoping that someone out there is thinking: Oh, no, I'm going to be stuck with my relatives this weekend. Please, someone send me something romantic and erotic to read and edit and save me from listening to Uncle Joe's health complains ;)

I would be happy to. I'm actually better at editing than I am at writing.

My knowledge of music is pretty good. I play a couple of wind instruments (real ones, get your mind out of the gutter) and have a working knowledge of music theory.

PM me if you like.

Hugs.

You were both outgunned by Pure. Fastest PM on Lit ;) Thank you so much for volunteering, it is most kind of you! And I will take you up on your offer to the point of keeping you both on stand-by. Pure may find himself trapped in Thanksgiving hell able to only send off a "Save me, please!" e-mail, or the story may require a second (or third) opinion. One never knows.

Thank you again!

I believe I helped you out once before . . . :p

If you need a fourth opinion, let me know ;)

I often feel that it takes a village to write a story. Mine, anyway. :cathappy:

And quite a naughty, kinky village, at that . . . :p

Uhoh. Is this gonna turn into a threadjack?
