I need to figure out how to ask out the McDonalds girl

You should use one of your other alts to ask her. Maybe one of the cooler ones.
 
I can never figure out when she gets off. And at work it would be weird to ask her out when ordering my meal.

You don't and here is why. You cannot meaningfully interact with her in that kind of job and get any kind of accurate read off her response. She is supposed to be warm and engaging with you.

Same problem with hitting on bar-tenders. Just don't.

You can be personable, you can be friendly, but short of her saying something overtly flirty, it is a lost cause.

Waitresses and shop girls are similarly tough but there you have the chance to gauge things like proximity and body language. With a counter between you it is not happening. Even if you slap on some extra Stetson Cologne.

My favorite comment from a bar-tender was when she "warned off" a waitress. "Oh, watch out for that one!"

Not as funny as you-know-who's High School Jock, but an interesting potential gambit.

The question itself in the How-To Forum would be reasonable, and even if trolling makes for interesting fodder I think.

I think the problem is he either needs a presentable avatar and a dufus persona or a dufus avatar and an intelligent persona. It's having both that queers it.

I've been to McDonalds with couches, but haven't ran across one with waitresses yet.

It is WEIRD that managers keep hiring sexy girls for that position, isn't it?
 
It's true John John. No Browned eyed Mexican cutie from McD's is going for that Av. Not happening.
