You could go back to the porn OR find other things non-sexual things to do to occupy your time and mind if you feel you've become dependent on porn (I'm guessing that's the case if you're feeling withdrawal symptoms after 3 days).

I'd suggest taking a break from Lit, too, since there's a lot of porn and things that might remind you of porn, here.

Go to your gym or go outside and run HARD. As hard as you can, for as long as you can, then run some more until you really think your're going to die.

The extreme exercise will give you a massive rush of endorphins, making you feel centered, calm and happy. And you'll be out of the house away from porn for an hour or more. After you come home and shower, you'll be too tired to masturbate to porn and you'll fall into bed and sleep like a rock, dead to the world, for several hours. When you get up, you'll be hungry, so you'll cook yourself a nice meal or order out.

All in all, a day too full to waste online. :)

In the past, the OP has said he's disabled to the point that he's in a wheelchair and can't masturbate because he has very limited use of his arms and hands. He said porn was his only outlet when he didn't have another person to help him get off. I'm guessing running and other major exercise is not an option for him, folks.

in that case, mental exercising like playing Sudoku might help?

let's see, other mentally stimulating things...

reading books from a genre not normally read
watch "How It's Made" on cable
oooh, webcomics. webcomics are great! not sure if they'd help tho. I'd suggest starting with Questionable Content if you're interested.

Do you have a good "spank bank"?

Sometimes recalling times where you had amazing sex or having vivid fantasies is better than porn...

If you gave up masturbation though then I would find a new hobby, I agree with the others, one that involves exercise can help get those endorphin levels back up and you can start smiling again.

Also, taking to a doctor or a therapist is always helpful when going through mood changes like that.
