old action/adventure writing rule
Something to the effect of "If you are having trouble geting your story going, have two men burst through the door with guns." Not sure if this would fit in with your story, don't know what it's about. Maybe they burst through the door with penis pumps, or a jar of vaseline, a buttplug, riding crop, a virgin under each arm, or any combinations thereof.

If you are having trouble writing forward, go to the end of the story and start writing backwards. Hopefully, the two halves will meet in the middle. If they don't, well, at least you'll know how the builders of the transcontinental railroad felt!......Carney
More Practical Advice
One of the things that works for me, especially when writing erotica, is to watch a film that has a lot of sexual tension it. If the tension is well acted, then it is easy to get inspired. They don't have to be good movies for this to work.
A few films I would recommend
-Pride and Prejudice (with Keira Knightely) for good sexual tension without any sex.
-Out of Sight, with Jennifer Lopez and George Clooney
-The Hunger, with Susan Sarandon, a lesbian vampire flick
-Cat On a Hot Tin Roof, with Elizabeth Taylor and Paul Newman. Probably one of the sexiest movies ever made.
-Just about any modern James Bond Movie, not including the World is not Enough, and Die Another Day which were terrible.
-Batman Returns--The sexual tension between Batman and Catwoman is exquisitely portrayed, regardless of what people thought of the rest of the movie.
-Notorious, with Ingrid Bergman and Cary Grant.
-Willow, for the tension between Val Kilmer and Joanne Whalley
As I said, they don't have to be good movies for this to work. Watching a good porno sometimes helps too. I recommend "Fashionistas" with Rocco Siffredi and Belladonna, the sex scenes are hot and the actors actually make an effort to, well, act.
