I need some help...

So I'm looking for some short, punchy names for sexy secret agents, both male and female.

At the moment I have:

Helix
Mirage
Whisper

I'm trying really hard not to replicate character names from either Transformers, GI Joe (child of the 80s...) or The Matrix so if anyone has any interesting suggestions, please drop a reply here.

Secret agents like spies, i.e., James Bond, or call signs like GI Joe? Because I think for the sake of credibility you wouldn't want your secret agents to have regular designations. You're at a casino playing Texas Hold'em with a group of arms dealers, and when they ask you your name, you say Viper.

I'd say if you were trying to go for something grounded, you'd want to give your characters real names, but use aliases in the field. If you're going in a different direction here are my additions.

I get inspiration from interstate exit ramps. combining the names of some towns can give you some interesting names.

It’s more hyper-realism so they would be more akin to call signs. I’m going for a 20 minutes into the future vibe with it.

However Reaper has made the list. That’s got a good psychotic blade smith feel to it.

A mate of mine had a huge crush on Jet. I’ve lost count of the amount of merch he’s gotten her to sign over the years at conventions.
