I need some help

How can i take a pic that I scanned on here and downsize it so I can use it as an av? Please let me know, thanks.

Gee, what a helpful bunch around here today. You need some kind of photo editing or art program that allows you to downsize and keep it in .jpeg format. I use Corel Draw 7.

I asked the same question awhile back. try this:

This first was done on an older type computer w/o frills.

go to paint
open picture
go to image
Click attributes to see how large it is pixelwise.
then click on stretch and skew.
Keep shrinking it and check on attributes until you get to 150x150

If you have photo shop

click image
image size
then resize
save a jpg.
