I need my work removed and have received no response

I have sent multiple messages to different contact emails over the last two and a half weeks, and can't seem to get a response. I need my story removed as I am preparing to publish the edited version. I'm starting to freak out a little that I haven't gotten any kind of response. Can anyone help?
