I need help. I am a virgin and plan to stay that way til marriage, but i have alot of built up sexual tenstion. I have tried to masterbate before but it does nothing for me. DO YOU HAVE ANY TECHNIQUE IDEAS I CAN TRY? I AM A GIRL AND I AM NOT INTO TOYS. Any help would be gladly appreciated.

First, use plenty of lube. If you're not ready to buy a sex-specific lube, such as Astroglide, any kind of non-irritating oil or lotion works pretty well for masturbation (NOT for intercourse, though). You could try changing position. For example, if you usually masturbate while on your back, try lying on your stomach. Some women have great success with a shower massage head. Does that count as a toy?

I disagree with this. Oil baised lubes CAN be used with intercourse as long as you are not using a latex condom. But, since this gal stated she wants to save her virginity for marriage, this isn't even an issue.

Since you say you don't want to use toys, I believe your choices will be limited. (Especially since you don't seem to enjoy masturbation to begin with.) Do you have a boyfriend with whom you could play with some? After all, the use of "foreplay" (even if you KNOW it won't lead to sex) can be erotic for any couple.
