Pain medication...Tylenol is not cutting it...( damn toothache)...I am fearing a dental visit soon...ugh

I had a real bad toothache a while ago. Never was a tea drinker but read about green tea...started drinking it for a couple nights and letting the tea bag soak on the ouchie tooth...pain completely disappeared in about 3 days...your mileage may vary...

I know it sounds crazy, but Midol is really good for tooth pain. I hope you find some relief soon. Tooth pain is just awful.

clove.. you can grind it into an oily powder or chew on the whole clove for a few moments to release the oil.

Clove works, it's actually what they use to numb your gum before they use the needle.
Here's what I use. The strongest alcohol you've got. I keep a bottle of 151 Bacardi in the house just for toothaches. You don't drink it, so no laughing. You just soak the tooth and spit it out.

Hugs for you too. As a dental professional, i recommend advil for inflammation every 6 hours (4 200mg tabs) and clove oil to drop on the tooth as needed. It has eugenol in it which soothes the nerve of the tooth. No heat on the outside of your face. Hope you feel better too.

INARG pair of sunglasses where the lenses don't scratch. I've bought good ones, cheapo's, and everything in between...but not of them are scratch proof. We can put a man on the moon...but can't make sunglasses that don't scratch??
