I Need a Prayer thread

good morning, everyone.

i'm not sure how many of you chat with heartlessbytch outside of these walls, but recently she was placed in ICU for an infection. three days ago she was released from that unit, but still in the hospital.

this morning, she informed me that she's being released from the hospital today with 24/7 home care. she's still fighting, but needs your prayer. so if you can find a moment in your day today, please send her your prayers. she's scared.

and so am i.

Thanks to everyone who thought about me and prayed for me even though you may not know everything. I'm glad I made it to today and thankful for every day we can wake up and do something.

Respy, huge hugs. You are always checking up to see that I am doing ok, making me smile and feel better. Thank you seems such a small phrase to describe everything you do to keep my spirits up. You are a blessed addition to my family of friends.

Always in my prayers, no matter what goes on in your life you are there with a smile, a hug and a gentle reminder that there are good people in this world.

I owe you and email as soon as I have some more energy. Just know that doctors sometimes tell you what they think you want to hear instead of what you really need to hear.

I'm going to stop in to ask for a selfish prayer. I've been free of anxiety and depression meds for the better part of two years for various reasons, and have realized that those demons are creeping back. I have come to the conclusion that I cannot fight them alone and need to ask for His help.

Prayers would be welcome.

(ugh, I know it's bad when I can't type this without tears as I sit at work, and y'all know how I feel about letting myself cry...)
