Annette Funicello R.I.P.
There is a thread on the General Board mourning her too. Unfortunately Annette had been very ill for several years.
I remember her appearing in the Beach Party movies but particularly "How To Stuff A Wild Bikini" by which time the movies were already turning into parodies of the genre.
The last Beach Party movie http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Back_to_the_Beach
was a rarity in that she and Frankie Avalon played themselves reliving their past glories.
