They must think I was somehow involved because they asked where i was last night and if i had proof so of course since i know the cop who called me (it was the one who arrested me before) i felt comfortable giving him Lit's address. Your internet server should also have available to you records of your logged-on time. Any people you e-mailed or responded to or whatever also. Along with your log time on the net, the phone company keeps a record of each and every phone call made along with who and what time-you can check with that. If you have any other e-mail addresses you responded to mail from--ie-hotmail--that is password protected, you can get verifications of your activity there.

I got subpoena-ed once for being asleep in the car as my b/f was driving down the highway--we passed a murder site--did not know--it was very very wierd. I'm no detective, but it seems to me that the police wouldn't put much store into seeing your name here with times of posts. Anyone could log on as you if they had your password. I'd say it makes it probable that you were here, but not a rock-solid alibi.

Well I have nothing to worry about now. Everything is being taken care of and the 6 men that broke into my ex's house and attacked him are in jail.

He is doing pretty good he should get released from the hospital today but theres a lil dillemma the dumbasses who attacked him are pressing counter chargers for the wounds they recieved while attacking him. Basically a pile of bruises but the one guy has a nice gash on his chest from a pair of scissors. So according to the investigating officer my friend will probably go directly from the hospital to the magistrate. since my ex was never a good boy he will probably end up in jail for assualt until the investigation is over. Im not bailing his ass out and noone I know can afford it.
I actually went to the house last night. THe main door to the apt building is completely broken up glass everywhere and so is the door to their apt. My friend is pregnant and right now im the only one she can turn to because her family lives in Indiana. I even have to take this poor girl to the oB/GYN on thursday!! God help me!!

dont yell at me!! I have more concern for my friend than anything right now!!! No matter what that baby she is carrying has nothing to do with the whole situation.
