i made a spaghetti squash for supper tonight.

i bought and made one several years ago, prepared it as you would regular spaghetti with a tomato sauce. i was unimpressed.

tonight, because i'm older and lazier, i just microwaved it, scraped out its guts and tossed them with butter and parmesan. my god, that was delicious! i think i'll buy another one tomorrow.

Spaghetti squash is the bomb. And way less calories than actual spaghetti.
