Depending on the day, I cook for anywhere between 2-6 people. The inlaws are often with us for dinner.

I cook my ass off for people that appreciate it.

Appetizer - Fresh shucked oysters on the half shell served with a spicy horseradish dip and lemon juice

Salad - spring greens with a pear infused vinagarette. Home made croutons

Main course - Shrimp scampi... Large prawns sauteed in a butter garlic (big cloves of garlic) olive oil sauce with shaved romano and parmesan on top of angel hair pasta and button mushrooms.

Dessert - We'll leave that up to you

There is nothing like a homemade meal. It is one of the things that makes a house a home. Makes it a place that can't be duplicated, perfect for you.

I have homemade macaroni & cheese and barbecued chicken with my own barbecue sauce in the oven as we speak. Anyone can cook...it just takes a lot of trial and error.
