I really do! I try to eat some fat with every meal - if fat isn't called for in a recipe, I add some in.
Check this out:
- always have some fat on a sandwich
- everything tastes better with butter (this is a fact)
- fat can be enjoyed in a wide variety of forms (avocado, cheese, olive oil).
- the flavors of vegetables are enhanced when fat is added
I try to mix up my diet - sometimes cheddar, sometimes peanut butter, sometimes brie.
I'm always up for fat, whereas I sometimes feel morally unfit for eating vegetables.
