So I have an amazing partner we will be together 2 years soon.

I lied to her we spoke about it she wasn’t upset more annoyed. We spoke and were going to be okay. I don’t understand why I have this need to destroy something, someone I love.

I’m so disappointed in myself for this and I’m scared I’ll do it again.
