I use photoshop for my usual avs. I know, it's a fucking waste.

This one I stole from one of the coolest guys ever.

Jeffery, figure out what you'd like. Then go to Google images and type in some search terms. Copy any pics you find that you like. Resize them to 150x150. You upload the pic, once you get to 100 posts, in your control panel (button's at the top of the screen) under "edit options" and the upload link's at the bottom.

No, there's no way around the 100 post rule.
