I filled out my ballot and dropped it in the dropbox at the library along with my husband's.

I voted for Kamala Harris of course. I voted for a future for myself and America.
I voted for Adam Schiff for senator and Ted Lieu as my representative.
Also, I voted more funding for schools and more transparency on the city council and in the redistricting process.

I love the United States of America!

Post here with your own voting stories over the next 3 days. I hope everyone has as smooth and easy time voting as I did.

Voted a week ago. We're big on vote by mail here so I had it for a while before filling it out and dropping in the box at the library.

Presidential election is regrettably pointless here. The incredibly stupid electoral college makes me president vote irrelevant and wasted.

But we have some incredibly important local races. Our local elected officials for the last forty years have made Trump and MGT and Borbert and all of them look smart and capable and respectful and intelligent and responsible and good - and that's saying a lot. The races are always close though so we're hoping we can break through and stop being the laughing stock of the west Coast.

Voting by mail was easy in the rural area where I live in Arizona. Most of us mailed in our ballots shortly after we received them several weeks ago, and then the Apaches held a big celebration and concert at one of their casinos on October 19th.

We have already gotten online confirmation that our ballots were accepted.

There was great enthusiasm last June when Biden dropped out and Harris took over, especially among the younger voters.
