I just had my mobile phone stolen

Call it and see if the thief is stupid enough to answer it and tell you where he/she is.

You called the phone company and had it turned off already?

Sadly it's a company phone and I don't have the details. But the police were called immediatly and they have the time of the call logged. I shouldn't be liable for any calls made from then on. Plus I think they turned the phone off, that'll be funny, I have both a phone and a SIM card lock

Right, I have less than 2 hours to sleep. I'm off to bed.

I want to rip throats and crack heads. But what will that really solve other than to make me feel a bit better for a few minutes?

Adrennelin, don't you just love it :D

Good thing I didn't send any messages then, isn't it?

But see, that's what happens when you have such a cool phone... :p
You need to have something crappy, like the one I can afford *nauraa*

When you wake...

Call your phone using a fake name, and leave a message that you have the $1,000 bucks that you owe for the bet on the Superbowl, and give a time and location to meet. It might be worth the ploy. Save your rage.

I happen to know the phone was turned off. They aren't going to get to use it again as the phone has a 5 digit PIN number and the SIM card an 8 digit PIN number.

That and the IMEI Number was reported to the network as stolen which means the phone will never work again.

That'll learn them. :D

Probably some locals..

Depending on it's location when it was stolen. Either that, or it's your company's way of saying they're cutting your position!

Oh, it was locals all right. A bunch of about 6 "youths".

The police saturated the area very quickly. It must have been a VERY boring Sunday Night/Monday Morning :)
