Ya know, it's really cool that you're embracing your kinky side and exploring and all, but I can't help but feel compelled to point out "pornified BDSM" is rarely the same as "real life BDSM"... mostly because "real life BDSM" doesn't follow a script [based on a poorly written piece of erotica].
Not denying that.
most of the films on Kink.com aren't scripted, and the ones that do follow a minimal script are usually pretty well done...i really like some of the "kink.com mini movies" they've done...there's this one where a (lucky) girl is locked in a mental hospital and gets fucked/forced to give blowjobs all night every night, and the warden pretends not to believe her but is really just looking the other way...
im gonna go watch that right now, actually...
I've seen that one.
My point was that BDSM as a paid/filmed gig is probably far less representative of day to day BDSM. Is this about experiencing BDSM, or doing something "risqué"? If the goal is to rock on with yo' bad self and have some kinky sex/get paid for a theatrical gig... Kick ass. Have fun. But *that* is theater; not necessarily BDSM.
(Yes I know there are a gazillion people out there who do the whole costumed pirate rape blahblahblah BDSM thing... I suspect I'm getting too old and jaded for this stuff anymore.)
The majority of why is about having a really good time with something I really wanna try. It's an opportunity to explore with all these machines and devices and contraptions. I don't know, maybe I'm caught in the glitz and glam. Oh well, it's sent in.
