Dan Walker shoved it up liz truss this morning, sadly i missed it. he questioned about Tory party links to Russian funds, she blanked it, he then produced a photo of her and a russian.

not confirmed but it seems our government are now saying they wont take any Ukrainian refugees.

I hope that is wrong. During WW1 we took many Belgian refugees. Before WW2 we took many Jews from Germany. We took Uganda Asians when Idi Amin was kicking them out. We are taking Hong Kong refugees...

In my county, we have many worried Ukrainian workers on our fruit farms who are understandably concerned about their families. The Government has said all Ukrainians in the UK on temporary visas - workers, students, tourists, will have their temporary visas extended indefinitely and given access to full visas while staying in the UK.

on breakfast time this morning James Heappey went all politico speak refusing to say what the position is, kept saying its on someone elses list of things to do.

Wales have said they will accept refugees (personally Id rather be in Kiev than Rhyl, cardiff or swansea) but we cant give a strait answer.
