I just got off the phone with my friend who lives on Beacon Street in Back Bay. There's a tank on the street outside the window.

I know of one. I am formerly from Boston (the starting line of the Marathon). Currently, we have a group of high school students from Montreal in Boston and they are under lockdown in their hotel.

But most of them have internet, and must be bored out of their minds by now, except for the scary part. Why aren't they here?

118 teens...I am sure they are bored out of their minds. They went for a music festival. They debated on cancelling the trip at the beginning of the week.

They lekely should have cancelled it...exciting but their parents must be freaked

It would drive me crazy to be on lockdown. Let me out! Thinking of those who have to be.:rose:

Does this mean that there will be a lot of new Bostonians in nine months?

Chaperoned or not? Might decide the level of boredom.
Chaperoned with teachers. Although, if it was my daughter, I would just take a little drive and pick her up. No sense for kids to have to experience this. Even though I am sure they are safe.

Yup. A bunch of babies shall be born. :) It happens during blizzards, floods...etc.

More evacuations in Watertown, person found in a boat in a backyard. Gunfire, from and at police it's believed.
