I haven't played the game since i was a freshman in high school...but for some reason i held onto all my old rulebooks beat up as they are....

The only 2nd edition books I picked up was Forgotten Realms (which i think is just a fantastic game setting)...I have the 1st edition Players handbooks (which is in a terrible state and completly scribbled on),DMs Guide,deities and demiGods,the Monster manual,the Fiend folio,Unearthed Arcana...were going back to l980...My DMs guide is missing its cover and the first half of it is torn down the center from an arguement between me and my brother

Have you ever played Shadows of Arn...great pc game and it completly follows the rules to a "t"!

Played BG 2....Shadows...Loved the heck out of it, then played the add-on.

Could just IMAGINE a Lit D&D game, can't you?

I was just checking out the rpg forum too...looks interesting but it looks more like role playing out stories than actual gaming I guess. It's funny too all those rule books and powerful monsters and magic spells and i think my stongest character made it to the fourth or fifth level...everybody kept on dying too easily

Wields two morning stars, and a shield.

There was an accident using a polymorph spell.

I've tried experimenting with all the character classes but found myself most comfortable in the role of a half elvan cleric/magic user...but mostly for the broader selection of spells and the knowledge I never attain high levels (half elves had low level maximum's)

...They always worshipped Bast (which also got you a free Snake charm spell and a +1 to hit and damage vs all reptiles and lizards...)
