HEADACHE!!! I know that's exactly what you were expecting this to be about. Anyway, I already tried three extra strength Tylenol, but with no relief. Any one have suggestions?

If you really have a headache, get off here. having your eyes fixed on your monitor probably isn't helping much.

Lay in a quiet room maybe some soft music if you like....a cool cloth across your eyes...think of the pain being radiated out into the room, pushing it out of you gently...think soothing thoughts...of water lapping away the pain...

it usually works for me.

Passing out a Ice cold pop and two extra strength excedrin ...they work wonders together

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...

What part of the head? Temples? Across forehead? Back of head near nape of neck? Near ears? Different areas sometimes need different treatment. Temples, ears can be tension...Back of head can be posture, need for realignment. Forehead can be sinus or migraine....
