My question is, on the "Story Submit" Site there is an option of uploading the story in Doc Format. Now, if i want my Italics and such saved/kept when posted onto the boards, by uploading from the site will i still get my 48-72 hour turn around rate? Or will that be the same as having e-mailed her? I really want to keep my italics and such, but i dont want to wait for 3 weeks to be posted.

Thanks :)

Submitting in DOC format does require more work on Laurel's part to convert your story to Lit's HTML format and will add some time to the wait for posting. However, it doesn't add nearly as much as submitting via e-mail

However, that is NOT the only option for retaining Italics and othr special formatting needs.

May I modestly refer you to my How To Essay Testing Story Formatting which not only explains how to preserve Italics in your submission, but also gives a means for you to see how Lit's scripts will format your story.

There is another How To essay on using HTML for italics and other formatting in your submissions, although I don't recall the title or author just off-hand to look up a link for you.

Thanks hon! ::gives you a smooch:: I apreciate it, i will figure that out and make it work so all my italics get left in.

Again, thank you for the help :)

That one's mine. Have a look at Bold or Italic and good luck with your submission.
