I have a question about List and what they mean?

I don't know how to find out what all these lists I'm on are. This is the most prolific story for the list, but I don't know if that's good or bad, and how to see what list I'm on and where I am on said (unknown) list.

It’s not possible. Some of those lists are private (such as the Read Later one which everybody gets), but even the public ones cannot be traced back.

The whole feature is unfortunately rather half-baked.

My guess is that a lot of them are ToBeRead lists. Also, Favorites is a list so you should have at least as many lists as favorites.
