I have a huge problem/turnon with mixed attractiveness couples

I think this might be a confidence problem with you. Who is to say what is attractive? One can be attracted to all different shapes, sizes, colors, etc. I’m attracted to all types of men. I’m more interested in what they bring to the table personality wise and sexually. Smart is sexy, and so is a sense of humor. What isn’t sexy is a guy that lacks confidence, puts himself down, etc.

Amen sister. Confidence is sexy, conceit is not, arrogance is not, bullying is not. Now I will say, no one else can criticize what you find attractive... eye of the beholder thing.

When I see an overweight guy with a fit or fittish woman I get triggered. It really....I don't know...bothers me, hurts me.
This reminds of something else I see or have heard fairly often. Men commenting on a finely turned out woman, at the bar with a guy who didn't make an effort and turned up in t-shirt and jeans.

I'm not going to say that's it not nice when a guy make's an equal effort. But actually, I'd rather be out with a funny attentive guy in jeans than an arrogant or/and socially inept guy in Armani.

Substance is far more attractive than style.

Weird how this op's title and post got some people triggered. Intentional? Just to see who comes in here with their hair on fire.

Yeah but I bet you’re you’re one of those “I don’t like drama” types but always right there in the thick of it ensuring the flames are always just fuelled enough aren’t you. 🙄😂
Not about me, not my thread. I just tossed a music video and what I was thinking about it. Thanks though. 🤣😂

Which is one of the reasons why when I go out to a bar, I like to go alone or with a girl friend or 2. And when it comes to men and how they dress, for me there is nothing more attractive than a man wearing a nice suit or even a just a nice shirt with a tie. That will always get my attention.

I don’t think every discussion is a battle or drama. That’s the problem these days. Disagreements have to be fights. People have to choose sides.
It is like society has lost the ability to have a civil discourse. I usually find a lot of value in the exchange of different ideas and perspectives.

To me, there is nothing worse than an echo chamber that trumpets the same opinion and disregards or denigrates anything that isn’t in lock step. I don’t have to agree with someone to call them friend or value their opinion. I simply need them to respect what I have to say as I respect what they have to say. And when the conversation is done, we can shake hands or hug and move on to what really matters… deciding where we are going for dinner.

The best of Lit. Taking the mick out of someone rather than either offering them a more sensible perspective to consider or simply saying nothing. Especially when the OP's natural reaction could well come from body image issues.

It began with people asking for clarity and understanding, which he wouldn’t provide. 🤷‍♀️

To the OP… your question was fine enough. We all had a laugh. Some of us joked about it. Some people nearly shit out their ovaries.

What you have to see here is that this site is filled with some really delightful people (like me) and some real Litches (Lit Bitches). Litches can take on various forms- male, female, etc. In fact, some of the Litches are so bad, the mere word “female” sends them into a shit storm.

Well said, @Mattentive.

And @KatieDoes, it took you less than 2 hours from his first post to resort to the name-calling.

Thanks for commenting. It really takes a certain type of person to see someone hurt asking for help and thinking "Sweet, now's my chance!" Then to bond over it yuck. I put in the main post that it's like a wound. With wounds sometimes you get pus. I don't so much feel anger towards them as much as compassion for their families. If this is their idea of recreation I shudder to think how they behave when they are really angry. Peace be with them.

A few litsters don't always show themselves in the best light, but they are far outnumbered by the rest. You may get better luck posting your question on Quora.com.

What a weird insecurity. This is amazing. Like the women would rather be with you?
