Chyoo is about choice, getting to pick the story line that you like and want to write about from an original thread or introduction. The threads are usually relativly short, 300 to 800 words and focus on the various outcomes that can lead from each thread.

Hello there,
before you go ahead and write I just wanted to offer one word of warning. CHyoo has a time-out feature, so NEVER write the thread on the site. ALWAYS write it in word, save it then cut and paste it to Chyoo after. Otherwise you may lose what you have written.

I do have to agree with Tim, write in word or at least some word processing variant program. Welcome to chyoo anyway, the best idea I find is to read through various stories and get a feel for them, pick one you like and add to it.
