I hate men!!!

No, Ezzy! I like opinions! I want men to have opinions! It's a good thing. I wish my hubby had some.

Sokay April (long assed post)

Here is the full story.

My girlfriend (now ex) used to take me clothes shoping every 3 weeks, the road she used to like to shop on had every second or third shop as a clothes shop.

We would start at one end, and work our way all the way down to the other end. In every shop she would look for 5 or 6 articles of clothing, then take them into the changing room and come out and show me.

I would give her my opinion as to which one suited her best, color style etc.We would then move on to the next shop till we had been into every dress shop in the road.

This would be starting at about 9 AM,at around 12 noon she would go back to the first sop and buy the article I said looked best on her.

I found this a real killer as I had got home after a 12 hour shift, made us breakfast and then driven into the city to start shopping at 9 am.

So one day when she and I had picked the only dress, of that style available in her size in the first shop. As we moved onto the next shop, I slipped away for a min went back and bought the dress,(explaining that I would pick it up when we came back at 12 noon).

When we went back, the assistant explained that it was the only one they had had, she walked out in a huph,I picked up the dress and put it into another bag to take back to the car.

When we got home I supprised her with it.

It then hung unworn in her closet for a year and a half, and was the only thing she left me when we split up.

ps dont explain it please just let me live with the mystery.

Nice come back Stormy,,,

Well if some men wouldn't take so long in the store, and take longer in the bedroom, I wouldn't complain. So ha ha CW.

Have you been peeking again woman??!!

And I actually enjoy the in and out fast as quick silver aspect of shopping,,, as well as the long drawn out anticipation while she models most of the clothes in the store ,,, but what I really like is being with her shopping while she plays touchie-feelie in the store,,,

Seems to me this is an issue not of sexual gender, but one of personality. I hate shopping (most men do..oops hypocrisy on my part)...anyhow..being a planner, I like to "know before I go" so to speak. Rather than dick around in the aisles in a store, I either make a list or a mental note why I came, then I get down to business and get the hell out. I guess having an anxiety disorder about crowds and noise does have benefits (ponders). So what I'm saying here is SOME men demand and wander and SOME men are patient and content knowing what and where its at.

When i first seen the title of this thread, i started cracking up, then when i went into it, i about fell on the floor...good one.. :)

Idon't do much shopping, my groceries are delivered, and i do most of my clothes shopping through cataloges.. so there...nananananananana

no time wasted for me.... hehe

April...when you get done shopping go up to customer service and have them page your husband to the front of the store...You won't have to look for him again

LOL Rosebud. I know I should, but I prefer the threaten method. Carry my own set of car keys, and if he disappears, finish shopping and leave without him. I've never had to do it, but I think I will start doing that again.

I refuse to shop with my husband. The grocery bill doubles with 735 varieties of pickles, snacks & mustards. These live in the back of the fridge/cupboard until the expiry date is a long-ago memory.

LOL. Now that is a good one. Do you add that they should page him saying he is a lost husband and his wife needs money up front to pay for the bill? Could be fun. I bet everyone in the store snickers.
